Investigation on the Long Term Operational Stability of Underground Energy Storage in Salt Rock

Underground energy storage is an important function of all supply systems, and especially concerning the seemingly eternal imbalance between production demand. Salt rock underground storage, for one, widely applied in both traditional renewable fields; this particular technique can be used to store natural gas, hydrogen, compressed air. However, resource diversification structural complexity make system increasingly uncertain with passing years, leading great challenges facilities present, perhaps going into future as well. Hence, it necessary research operation stability further. In paper, a evaluation index Gas Storage (UGS) constructed gas main medium, according FLAC 3D cavity creep simulation software, along fuzzy membership comprehensively determine impact factor scoring model; subjective weight calculated based on improved Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), objective by Entropy Weight Method (EWM), combined constant obtained combining variance maximization theory, introducing variable theory obtain more accurate weight. Finally, being considered accounted for, four different conditions designed UGS deployment case analysis verification taken consideration, achieved excellent results; compared method, fact, new results are rigorous objective.
